Does anyone have detailed information on the model numbers of the bayonet connectors for instrument air pipelines, as well as on threaded connections and air supply pipes (PVC, stainless steel)?
What we commonly use are 304/316 stainless steel ferrule elbow terminal fittings/dual-ferrule elbow connectors/ZG British standard

In our company, whether it’s stainless steel gas pipes, copper gas pipes, or PVC gas hoses, all are of φ8 size. I’ll give you the model number roughly; it’s generally available in hardware stores. φ8 air supply tube quick connector with 1-turn connection, model: PC8-01, used primarily with pressure reducing valves. φ8 air supply tube quick connector with 2-turn connection, model: PC8-02, used for pressure reducing valves and positioners. φ8 air supply tube quick connector with 3-turn connection, model: PC8-03, used for air supply ball valves and other devices. φ8 air supply tube quick connector with 4-turn connection, model: PC8-04, used for air supply ball valves. Metal ferrule connector for φ8 air supply tubes with 1-turn connection, model: G1/8-8, used with pressure reducing valves. Metal ferrule connector for φ8 air supply tubes with 2-turn connection, model: G1/4-8, used for pressure reducing valves and positioners. Metal ferrule connector for φ8 air supply tubes with 3-turn connection, model: G3/8-8, used for air supply ball valves and similar devices. Metal ferrule connector for φ8 air supply tubes with 4-turn connection, model: G1/2-8, used for air supply ball valves
May I ask if you need straight intermediate connectors/bend intermediate connectors/straight terminal connectors, and there are many other types – which one do you need? Please specify
Currently, there are three types of card sleeves: single-card, dual-card, and drum-card. The first two can be found on Swagelok’s website, while the latter is designed for low-pressure applications.
There are various types of socket connectors: straight intermediate connectors, elbow intermediate connectors, straight end connectors, and so on. Different manufacturers use different models (designations, series numbers), as well as different pipe diameters. It is generally sufficient to specify the name of the connector, its specifications, and the material used; for example, a straight intermediate connector made of 304 material with a diameter of Φ8-Φ8. Another example is a straight end connector made of 304 material with dimensions of 1/4″-Φ6
