Why is gasification so tiring?

Yesterday, due to a problem with the boiler water circulation pump associated with the water wall air pocket, the plant shut down for shutdown and maintenance. Worked all night; driving tonight. The whole weekend was ruined. There’s still no overtime pay. How’s everyone doing? Complain away!
The poster must be a leader! Isn’t there a backup pump? How could one jump out of the car?
What’s the problem? Is it a problem with the pump itself, an operational issue, or a process-related issue?
