For production now, 30 to 40 degrees of constant-temperature hot water is required. How can this be achieved? Does anyone have a schematic diagram of a constant-temperature hot water system?~
Since the temperature is not high, an air-source heat pump can be used. Or see if there’s any residual heat that can be used
According to production needs, just create a suitable water tank and connect it to a temperature control system. It would be perfect if there were places with residual heat that could be utilized
If steam is available, heat exchange via steam can be used by creating a hot water tank equipped with coiled tubes for heating, with the flow of steam controlled based on the temperature inside the tank.
You need a constant-temperature water system, including steam and cooling water heat exchangers, control valves, and pipeline pumps. You can ask Chuan Te if he can help you design such a setup.
