Day or night, whenever it’s their shift, these masters repeat those ordinary tasks over and over again, year after year, without anyone complaining about the monotony or boredom of the work. Every time they go to work, they bring 100% enthusiasm. Watching the masters at work, I feel like they are like mothers at home, going about buying groceries, cooking, and doing the dishes day in and day out for over a decade. Think back to when I first joined the team – I didn’t know what the surname of each instructor was, or which position each one held. I also didn’t take the initiative to greet them or chat with them; I just kept my head down and stayed silent. Later, it was the masters who took the initiative to ask me questions. As we grew more familiar with each other, I can now talk with them about anything – work-related issues or topics from everyday life. Whenever we have free time, we can have very smooth conversations. It’s not quite true to say that the masters have always been kind and approachable. Sometimes the supervisors are very strict; for example, on site, during inspections, one must be careful and meticulous, and no other distractions are allowed. Many times, I feel like they are like stern fathers, gentle yet with a hint of strictness. Every time I watch the technicians busily taking care of these devices, I think of my parents taking care of me, with just as much dedication ； Just as busy ； The same willingness to work hard without complaint. It was just that plain and unremarkable; I quickly accepted them, and they had already regarded me as one of their own.
