A degree in polymer materials, with an associate’s degree or higher; at least 1 year of work experience in the research and development of polymer materials. 2. Extensive experience in modifying thermoplastic elastomers or engineering plastics； A solid theoretical foundation, excellent skills in researching scientific and technical literature as well as in conducting experiments. 3. A strong work ethic, along with a keen interest, passion, and forward-thinking approach to plastic research ； 4. Possesses extensive practical experience and skilled proficiency in operating various experimental equipment. This position requires at least one year of work experience; a diploma or higher in polymer science is necessary, with preference given to women. The main responsibility of this position is to work in close contact with the doctoral supervisors in the polymer science field at Sichuan University.
