As the year comes to an end, what should be summarized regarding work safety? I. Is the proper emphasis placed on work safety? Life comes first, and safety is of utmost importance. Work safety must be given top priority, as well as the lives of employees. To this end, the annual summary on enterprise safety production must involve careful reflection on whether the approach to safety management is appropriate. II. Has the mentality of complacency and negligence been overcome? Accidents stem from complacency and negligence. In safety production, it is better to be strict for a thousand days than to relax even for one day. What gives rise to slackness and complacency? We need to move forward, look back, and list everything item by item. Systemic and managerial gaps must be addressed promptly. To overcome slackness and complacency, one must be vigilant at all times and in everything, especially when conducting year-end reviews. III. Whether the enterprise assumes its primary responsibility Enterprises are required by laws and regulations to take on primary responsibility for safety production, and this is also a social responsibility that they must fulfill. Whether they are the main persons in charge of the enterprise, those responsible for work safety, or the enterprise’s work safety management personnel, all must, in accordance with the provisions of work safety laws and regulations, conduct a thorough reflection on whether they have fulfilled their primary responsibilities and draw serious conclusions. IV. Has the process of identifying and addressing potential hazards been completed thoroughly? Have all identified hazards been resolved in a timely manner? What hazards remain undiscovered? When conducting year-end reviews, ask several why questions and treat potential hazards as if they were actual accidents. Establishing and improving systems for identifying and addressing potential hazards, as well as refining mechanisms for self-inspection, self-reporting, and self-correction of such hazards, and promoting systematic resolution of these issues, is crucial for the safety and stability of enterprises; this requires careful consideration. V. Whether comprehensive training is effective: Enterprises must ensure that safety production training is implemented in every workshop, at every position, and for every employee. Special attention should be paid to training the enterprise’s management personnel, safety officers, and workers engaged in special tasks, so as to guarantee that 100% of them are working with the necessary certifications. Inadequate and perfunctory safety training is the biggest hazard that can lead to accidents. In their annual summaries, companies should conduct a thorough review to determine whether efforts such as investment in training have been properly implemented. VI. If the foundational work for safe production is not solid, it can lead to serious consequences. Enterprises must persistently carry out fundamental tasks such as standardization development, the establishment of sound safety management systems, and team safety. In the year-end summary, it is necessary to conduct a thorough review of whether the staffing of safety management personnel meets the needs of the enterprise, and whether the outcomes of standardization efforts have been set aside and not utilized. VII. It is necessary to thoroughly consider in the year-end summary whether emergency management has been properly implemented, whether emergency plans have been prepared in a comprehensive and reasonable manner, whether the effectiveness of emergency drills is evident, as well as what problems and shortcomings still exist. Enterprises must strictly comply with the requirements of laws and regulations on work safety, focus on emergency management, and continuously improve their emergency response capabilities. VIII. Is occupational health and safety protection in place? The prevention and control of occupational diseases are related to the vital interests of employees. Companies should reflect on whether they have made thorough progress in integrating occupational health and safety in their work throughout the year. How are the declarations and testing for occupational disease hazards being carried out? Has there been any change or improvement in employees’ awareness of self-protection? Is there a record for the employees’ health check-ups? Start with small steps to effectively safeguard the health rights and interests of employees. IX. Whether the work plans for the coming year are appropriate: Enterprises should, on the basis of a thorough review of their safety production efforts throughout the year, re-evaluate their plans for the following year, to ensure that these plans are practical and capable of meeting the requirements of the enterprise’s safety production activities.

This security task is a bit complex: ours is relatively simpler: 1. The second point is: for those projects that failed to meet their goals, it’s necessary to conduct an analysis to determine why that happened ； Multiple layers of analysis need to be conducted to identify the root cause ； We need to make the bosses understand that projects that fail to meet their goals are not due to a lack of effort on the part of the team, but rather because the goals set are unreasonable or because we simply do not have the necessary conditions at present ； Importantly, when analyzing why a goal was not achieved, it is necessary to outline solutions to the problems ； To lay the groundwork for next year’s plans ； 2. Work plan and goals for the following year ； This includes the following, the KPIs for next year’s work ； And the work plan implemented to achieve these projects ； When formulating the plan, the implementation plan for the KPI projects that were not achieved, as mentioned above, must be included.
