High-purity hydrogen gas chromatography maintenance

Is there anyone who can repair the gas chromatograph produced by the Belgian company ORTHODYNE (using high-purity hydrogen)? The current problem is that the analysis software will not open; it shows the error message “Can not lock files”. Could anyone help with this, perhaps by reinstalling the system? I’m willing to pay for the services provided. Hehe~~
Based on the hints, it seems there’s a problem with the application software; reinstall it. If the software isn’t installed, contact the service provider or ask them to handle it directly. I have never used the chromatography system from your manufacturer; actually, as long as the chromatography column and column cut-off valve are in good condition, any other issues are minor.
