As the saying goes, without sunlight, there is no warmth; Without a source of water, there is no life ; Without family bonds, friendship, and love, the world would be a place of solitude and darkness ; Similarly, without a leader to guide one’s career, the path ahead will also be full of twists and turns. I guess no one doesn’t understand these principles, but in life, while enjoying all of this, we often overlook the need to be grateful to those who have brought it to us. Here, I would like to express my gratitude to my mentor; it was he who helped me transform from a fresh graduate with no experience into someone who now has a successful career. When we first met, my mentor was already in his sixties, but he still worked diligently and committedly to completing every task, serving as an example for me. At the same time, through their work, they taught me the proper way to work, how to analyze difficulties in tasks, and how to create work plans along with solutions. Since I had just started working at that time and knew nothing about the equipment on site, my supervisor, in order to help me get started working as quickly as possible and grow professionally, took me to the site even during the hot summer months to collect information. He explained to me the purpose and functioning of each piece of equipment, and also helped me identify the common problems that arise during the design of such equipment, so that I could address them in future designs. So over these years, I have grown rapidly. In three years, I will be able to take on projects independently, and I can also act as the leader for some simpler projects. All these achievements are inseparable from the guidance I received from my mentor. Therefore, I would like to thank my mentor here; thanks for your selfless dedication and hard work, which have enabled me to grow better. Wishing you good health and all the best! It’s okay; nothing was hidden. . . When I just graduated, a mentor borrowed money; after repaying it on time several times, he stopped paying it back ; Another master had a flange that was leaking; he asked me to go get a wrench. When I returned, it had been fixed.
Well, my mentor is great; he shares everything and doesn’t keep anything hidden.
What is there to see in a flange leak? . I wipe it.
Some masters are quite good, but it ultimately depends on the individual; the master shows the way, but it’s up to the person to practice
