As the title suggests: Under normal circumstances, what are the freight costs per ton-kilometer for 32% liquid caustic soda and liquid chlorine respectively?
For such issues, it is more appropriate to ask the supplier or logistics department directly; they are not technical problems

Shipping costs are determined by factors such as the nature of the goods being transported, the quantity to be shipped, the method of loading or packaging, the distance of transportation, and the mode of transport; they need to be agreed upon through negotiation between the sender and the carrier.
This is a difficult question to answer, as it depends greatly on local regulations regarding weight limits, the distance of transportation, the size of the vehicles, and oil prices. I can only describe the general situation in my company: within a radius of 200 kilometers around the company, the cost for 32% caustic solution (not on a percentage basis) is approximately 0.5–0.6 yuan per kilogram per kilometre, while the cost for liquid chlorine (transported in tankers) is about 1 yuan per kilogram per kilometre.
