I’ve been in this field for just over 6 years, and I’ve had 3 different managers. I’ve seen those who only act in their own interest, those who can’t be sincere; I was young and naive back then, thinking the world was vast and that I wanted to see it. There are also those who don’t really have much knowledge, yet still try to give orders on everything, and when a prompt decision is needed, they shift responsibility to others. Suddenly I realize there’s still a long way to go; unless I become my own boss, there will always be a supervisor. I want to get to know different types of leaders; it’s also a way for me to vent my frustrations and expressions of admiration
Pretending to know when you don’t, giving orders. You reported the problem, and it was sent back to you. In actual work, as long as no one complains and the progress is on track, no one cares about you at all. When there’s no work, various so-called training programs start, but there are no resources available. It’s normal for others not to be able to finish; it’s unacceptable if you can’t finish.
There are many such leaders; there’s nothing to do about it – if you’re capable, then work; if not, save up money and become your own boss
Then, as a boss, I continued to be scolded by those under me. . . ;P
:Lol, leader, boss, the leader
Previously, the company had around 1,000 employees, and any expenditure over 2,000 yuan required approval from the boss
A great boss is the one who drives you to the point where you want to curse, yet you still remain smiling
If you turn your head, won’t they still scold you? Smiling? It’s just a matter of money; as long as I’m satisfied, that’s enough.
It seems that everyone has strong opinions regarding the boss’s decisions. Bosses hire people in order to make money; if they give you reprimands, it’s definitely because you haven’t helped them make money. All bosses are the same – there’s nothing to say about that, and it’s something that can be accepted. The key is how many varieties there are among the ministers under the boss.
