It involves adding a thin pipe above the air-cooled finned tubes, with small holes drilled in it for spraying purposes; circulating water is generally sufficient for this purpose. The flow rate of water should not be too high, as this water usually cannot be recycled and simply drips down below the air cooler. The same principle applies to water cooling, where spray nozzles are installed at the upper part of the shell side.
Contact the water treatment center to lower the temperature of the circulating water in the rich gas cooler, operate the absorption stabilization unit, turn on the air coolers fully; for those with wet air cooling, clean the nozzles and increase the water flow rate to reduce their temperature.
