Water is pumped into the deaerator using a deaeration pump, and the water in the deaerator is heated to 100–104 degrees to remove oxygen. Water is drawn out of the deaerator using a boiler feed pump, and the water behind the outlet of this pump is heated to 200 degrees. It is directly fed into the steam drum of the waste heat boiler. What impact will this have on the waste heat boiler?
There is no impact; it’s the same principle as when setting up a economizer.
