Order of node numbers during stress analysis

Hello everyone! I have just started learning stress analysis on my own, and I would like to ask whether it is necessary to take into account the flow direction of the fluid in the pipes when assigning node numbers – for example, to increase the node numbers in the direction of the fluid flow. Why is that?
@Glory now, thank you! It’s mainly because I’ve never been exposed to it; I’m overthinking it.
There’s no need to worry about it; the software only deals with stress calculations, and it has nothing to do with the direction of the fluid.
