Constant-level oil cup

Gentlemen, there’s a lot of oil in our oil reservoirs, but there’s no oil left in the bearing housings. What’s going on? It’s urgent. We modified the bearing housing of one pump by replacing the viewing window with an oil reservoir; if this reservoir doesn’t automatically refill itself, it will be a problem. Please suggest some solutions

In a situation this severe, the most likely cause is that the vent hole connecting the constant-pressure oil reservoir to the atmosphere is blocked, or the bottom valve has not been pushed open. I hope to be able to upload a picture, as there is more than one type of constant-level oil cup.
It is likely that the insertion depth of the oil outlet nozzle in the oil cup has not been adjusted properly; it is recommended to adjust it again!
I’m going to try again today; if it doesn’t work, I’ll consider other options
I tried it today and it works fine. Our new oil cups don’t have ventilation holes, so no oil leaks out; using the old ones solved the problem
Checking the condition of spare parts before assembly is a verification of the repair results.
