(2) Strictly control the furnace outlet temperature in accordance with the process specifications, and ensure frequent inspections, thorough analysis, and steady adjustments during operation. (3) Adjust the number of burners and the opening degree of valves in a timely manner according to the furnace load, so that the pressure behind the gas valve is greater than 0.12 MPa, thereby preventing backfire or automatic shutdown due to interlock. (4) The furnace chamber maintains an appropriate negative pressure, is clear and bright, with a normal flame. (5) If black smoke is emitted and the flame is weak while burning oil, the air vents should be adjusted to allow more airflow ; The flame fluctuates in size; the fuel valve can be opened wider. (6) When burning gas, the flame lacks strength and sways weakly; its color is dark red. It is necessary to increase the flue dampers or air valves. If the flame is too long, the opening of the air valves can be increased slightly or the flue dampers can be reduced. (7) Check whether the furnace tubes and elbow boxes are deformed, and whether the colors of the furnace walls, tube racks, and tube hooks are generally consistent; if there is local reddening, it indicates local overheating.
