Where can I find the specifications and models of spare parts?

May I ask where I can find the specifications and models of spare parts for pumps? We need to prepare a procurement plan for these spare parts, but the specifications and models are not listed in any of the available documents or drawings. How should we proceed with this (including bearings, mechanical seals, shaft sleeves, coupling bolts, diaphragms, and pump outlet pressure gauges, etc.)?
The manufacturer can provide it, or the equipment can be disassembled on site for inspection
Methods: 1. Look for it in the technical agreement； 2. Find it in the random materials provided by the manufacturer ； 3. Requested to be provided by the manufacturer.
If all the information is not available, one can only disassemble it to take a look, or wait for the manufacturer to provide it

The gauge for the pump outlet pressure in a plumbing system is selected based on the operating environment and the properties of the medium being measured; generally, the upper limit of the scale range should be 1.5 to 3.0 times the operating pressure. Contact the manufacturer to obtain the accessories. Mechanical seals, bearings, and diaphragms are standard components. The other accessories are manufacturer codes. On-site surveying of coupling bolts. Disassembly and surveying of bushings.
This can be found in the equipment sectional view provided by the manufacturer, as the component codes are included in that view. This part code, combined with your device’s model, can accurately describe your spare part. I’m not sure which brand of equipment you use; we use pumps from Sulzer (those from Dalian and Brazil) as well as from Fox, and all of these options are available. Some large manufacturers provide a Spare Catalog file, which makes it easier to look things up.
