Regarding the spray system of screw compressors

The spray medium used in the screw compressors of this unit is deionized water. When will this spray system be put into operation? What are the things to keep in mind when putting it into use? It would be best to give me the start-up and shutdown procedures for a screw compressor. Thank you!
The equipment starts to spray liquid once it is in operation, mainly to cool the rotor.
Don’t the manufacturers have instructions? Before starting, the water inside the machine must be completely drained. Once the rotation speed reaches normal levels after starting, the machine should be turned on immediately; it shouldn’t be started too late, as this can lead to the risk of damaging the screw due to rising temperatures. It also shouldn’t be started too early, as a motor with insufficient power may have difficulty starting. An electromagnetic valve is installed at the inlet to set the activation time to around 10 seconds after the compressor starts
