GB150-2011 specifies that steel pipe grade 20 under GB/T8163 is suitable for use at temperatures above 0 degrees, while grade 10 is suitable for use at temperatures above -10 degrees. I used to use grade 20 steel; with these new regulations, it’s not easy to find grade 10 steel, and Q345D steel is even harder to obtain at temperatures below -10 degrees. What exactly is going on – is the market failing to keep up with the standard pace? Have we still not found the place to buy things? It’s really overwhelming; I’m seeking advice from my colleagues.
The market is linked to demand; there is a relatively small supply of 10# Q345D in stock (it’s not completely unavailable, but only in small quantities). The reason for this is low demand. Of course, it’s possible to arrange mass production; as long as you have a sufficient quantity, we can proceed with mass production for you.

What you said is indeed true: if you buy too much, it’s easy to buy; if you buy too little, it’s not easy to buy!
