How is the main steam purge line for starting up the unit determined? Are there any regulations or requirements?
Determine the time for completing the purging yourself, and decide on the pipe diameter based on the flow rate.

Based on the degree of dirtiness on the inner surface of the pipeline, the number of purges needed can be estimated (the interval between air purges is 5 minutes, and two consecutive successful purges constitute a successful outcome) ； The interval between steam purging cycles is 15 minutes, with a minimum of 3 cycles; two consecutive successful cycles constitute a pass, and based on this, the amount of steam required for purging can be estimated.
