The tower has a 316L cladding; the concentration of Cl- in the medium is 100 mg/L and the temperature is 50 degrees. Why does corrosion occur at the welds?

As indicated in the title, does any expert have a chart showing the relationship between Cl- concentration and medium temperature and pitting and crevice corrosion in 304L and 316L?
