This approach is intended to ensure the thorough completion of all production preparation tasks. An incentive mechanism has been introduced; with the approval of Mr. Zhu Baoxing, the company’s vice president, the company has decided to organize labor competition activities, with each production department serving as a competing unit, and using daily work as the subject of these competitions. Competition Rules (1) Principles of Evaluation: Labor competitions are evaluated on a monthly and annual basis, with monthly assessments conducted based on scores, while annual evaluations are carried out by summing up the rankings from each month. In other words, the ranking for the monthly competition is determined based on the competition scores of each production department each month. Through evaluation, the one with the highest score is ranked first, the next highest scorer is ranked second, and so on ; The results of the annual competition are determined based on the monthly rankings, with rankings being sorted according to the cumulative scores; the one with the lowest cumulative score comes in first place, and so on. The Production Operations Department conducts a comprehensive evaluation based on the work quality of each production department. (II) Competition Evaluation Methods 1. Each participating entity receives a base score of 100 points per month. 2. After a task is completed, the Production Operations Department ranks the various production departments based on the quality of their performance in completing that task. The first place gets 10 points, the second place gets 9 points, and so on in an arithmetic sequence. 3. 3 points for excellently completing tasks assigned temporarily, 2 points for completing such tasks satisfactorily. 4. Units that carry out their work creatively and achieve good results will receive 5 points for each time they are praised by the company, while units praised by the Production and Operations Department will receive 2 points for each instance of praise. This bonus is not cumulative; the higher amount applies, not the lower one. 5. 2 points will be awarded for each piece of information related to production preparation posted on the company’s website. III. Evaluation Results and Rewards (1) The results of the monthly labor competition are linked to the monthly bonus assessment; the top three units receive additional 15 points, 10 points, and 5 points respectively in their monthly bonus assessment. (II) The selection results are linked to the units recognized as advanced in annual production preparation, and serve as the basis for selecting the advanced units in annual production preparation work. (III) Advanced units in production preparation work may have an increased quota when selecting advanced individuals. (IV) It has the right to veto the monthly and annual evaluation results in the event of accidents related to safety, environmental protection, etc.
