How can we determine the appropriate concentration for concentration? And how is the yield of crystallized sodium sulfate calculated?

Ask MVR manufacturers; they have extensive experience. Tell them your requirements (flow rate, concentration, etc.)
What is the initial feed rate per day? What is the initial concentration? Are there any other components in the sodium sulfate obtained from the raw materials?

Dear expert, I’m asking this question here. We use the double-effect evaporator from Hebei University of Technology to extract salts from sodium sulfate, with a processing capacity of about 3 tons per hour. Through two stages of evaporation, the original 5% concentration of Na2SO4 is increased to 13% and then to 25%. What is the reason behind choosing these specific concentration levels?
