Safety Management: Age 30–45, with an associate degree or higher in chemical engineering and technology or industrial safety management, and at least 5 years of work experience in this field. Equipment Management: Aged 30–45, with a secondary vocational or college degree or above in related fields such as chemical engineering and technology, or process equipment and control engineering. At least 5 years of work experience in this position. Instrument Engineer: 35-45 years old, with an associate degree or above in automated instrumentation and control, and at least 5 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance and management.
