The syngas produced by the gasifier contains a large amount of water; does its temperature increase or decrease (compared to normal conditions)? Please explain the reason ?
High; heat exchange is poor; it can be 1~2 higher℃
A large amount of water is carried in the syngas at the outlet of the gasifier; this is the condition of water presence in the gasifier. Operating under wet conditions generally results in a low liquid level in the gasifier, and may even lead to a cascade shutdown due to the low liquid level. Due to the low liquid level, the outlet temperature of the vaporizer will increase and remain fluctuating. This operating condition can be improved by increasing the water circulation rate in the gasifier quench chamber (by increasing both the inlet and outlet water flow)
