The pressure gauges installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the cooler, as per 1.2.3, start to give inaccurate readings after being in use for some time. I read in the documentation that it’s possible to install reverse airflow devices on these pressure gauges; is that correct? How did you handle it? Thank you, plus points
Yes, but I’ve never seen it done that way. I still believe that, based on the pressures measured at each sampling point using a pressure gauge, the system pressure of sulfur is too low; it’s inevitable for each pressure gauge to have some zero-point deviation.

It has little reference value under normal conditions; when something seems off, boil the water first and then take another measurement.
Install a diaphragm pressure gauge; keep the leads as short as possible. Install the gauge right after the valve, wrap it with insulation material, and it will continue to work properly.
We installed diaphragm pressure gauges on the pipes of the liquid sulfur filter, as well as jackets, but they did not function properly.
The pressure gauges here are still functional! I just wonder if the design wasn’t considered thoroughly? Some pressure gauges clearly do not meet the requirements of actual operating conditions!
For the sulfur recovery unit? It should be a low-temperature Claus system. I don’t know much; please give me some guidance
If backflow air is enabled, the pressure measured by the pressure gauge may be that of the backflow air, resulting in an increased pressure deviation.
The pressure gauge outlet pipe is equipped with a jacket for heating, and a diaphragm pressure gauge is used. The most important thing is to install it at the upper part of the vertical pipeline.
