Will liquid plastic filaments at 200°C catch fire after being extruded and placed in ethanol at 60°C? The main temperature at which it has just reached the ethanol level

If it is under nitrogen protection, it definitely will not catch fire. Even under air conditions, 200 degrees should not reach the auto-ignition temperature of ethanol, so ignition should not occur. The flash point is the temperature at which ignition can occur in the presence of an ignition source; it is not the temperature at which spontaneous combustion takes place. The temperature for spontaneous combustion is called the autoignition point. The flash point is also different from the ignition point; generally, at the flash point the fire starts and then goes out immediately, while at the ignition point the burning continues.
It won’t reach the point of a fire, but care should be taken regarding \"spillage from the pot\". Because the boiling point of ethanol is much lower than 200~
The ignition temperature is over 300, and the flash point is low, which means that a spark can cause ignition; at really high temperatures, vaporization will be significant. Nitrogen protection and use in a sealed container are necessary. It’s still a bit dangerous.
