It seems like there’s an oversupply in the oil refining industry now, right?
There is an excess of large-scale oil refining capacity, while small-scale oil refining remains rampant
The refining industry is about to undergo another round of restructuring; it will depend on which companies have more advanced processes, higher-quality products, and lower costs in the future
