First, identify the cause of the frost cracking, and then take preventive measures. The quality of the foundation, random discharge of cryogenic liquids, cold air leakage from the bottom of the cryogenic tank, and so on.
How can it crack from freezing if there’s no leakage? Hurry and remove the sand to fix the leak; if the foundation isn’t stable, be careful lest the main tower collapse. It’s too dangerous to run it this way.
It’s not a cold box leak; it’s the damage to the concrete floor caused by frost and ice forming on the residual liquid discharge pipe.
It’s best to prohibit emissions~~ If the amount is small, discharge it on-site using a collection tank~~ The ideal approach is to channel all waste liquids into a main drainage pipe~~
