1. Is the 380V voltage at the control terminal of the motor’s on-site control switch (start/stop button) related to the pump’s stop operation indicator light? We have encountered situations where the indicator light for the pump stopping at the site was on, but no 10KV power was supplied. When the start button is pressed and the contact switch activates, will the operation light at the site turn on? 2. The same principle. Won’t this problem occur with the 380V motor? Is the power used for the start/stop button on site from the same circuit as that of the motor? It’s the same as 10KV. Is control electricity different from the electricity used by motors? 3. Is the operation indicator light on the on-site control switch synchronized with the operation signal from the DCS (the indicator light is not damaged)? What if the DCS operation signal comes from a contactor?
The status indicators for operation and stop can be changed according to the requirements of your factory; in our case, red indicates operation while green indicates stop. On the DCS, a red status signal indicates stop, while a green one indicates operation
It doesn’t matter much; it’s not a big deal. Red or green is fine.

The motor has a control circuit and a main circuit. Taking three-phase 380V AC power as an example, the control circuit operates at 220V while the motor operates at 380V; in this way, low-voltage systems are used to control high-voltage systems, and the goal is always to ensure safety. The same principle applies to 10KV as well, only the higher the voltage level, the more complex the control equipment becomes.
