Which of the following are the conditions proposed by the process engineering team? A. Table of characteristics of buildings and structures B. Table of ventilation, air conditioning, and heating requirements C. List of waste emissions D. Specifications for pipeline materials. It seems to be ABC; I can’t find the exact wording in the book – it’s quite confusing. Could some candidate give me some guidance?
This is a question to assess an engineer's skills! It can’t be found in the book at all! The material of D-pipes is the responsibility of pipeline engineers! The rest are the responsibilities of the process engineer! Never rely on textbooks for exams; nowadays, exams tend to be more skill-based in order to meet the demands of societal development.

No. B represents the requirements specified by the process engineering team for HVAC systems: such as the number of ventilation cycles, the type of ventilation, and the ventilation area, etc. The HVAC engineering team then designs the system in accordance with these requirements, based on what has been provided by the process engineering team. C also refers to the amount of waste generated in the process production, as provided by the process water supply department. The water engineering field designs wastewater treatment methods based on the volume of wastewater and its composition.

The process engineering team must provide the following key design parameters for other specialties to carry out their work: 1) Physical properties of the process media and operating parameters, as well as requirements regarding process control, alarms, and interlocks; 2) A table outlining the criteria for identifying explosion-hazardous areas, to be provided to the electrical engineering team so that they can prepare diagrams showing these hazardous areas. Put forward the special requirements of the process for the electrical system, such as requirements for motor self-starting, special local lighting, as well as alarm and interlock requirements related to electrical equipment, to facilitate work by the electrical and instrumentation teams; 3) Process equipment layout diagrams providing recommendations for the civil engineering, layout, and electrical teams; 4) Equipment process data sheets, along with simplified diagrams for non-standard equipment; 5) Tables of analysis and testing conditions and summaries of sampling points for the analysis team; 6) Preparation of guidelines for production operation principles and safety procedures; 7) A list of waste emissions; 8) Tables of requirements for utility systems; 9) Fire protection requirements; 10) Telecommunication requirements; 11) Requirements for ventilation, air conditioning, and heating; 12) Tables of characteristics of buildings and structures; 13) Requirements for safe process operation and occupational health; 14) Handbook of physical property data.
