I would like to ask everyone: which model of spectrophotometer do you use for measuring total nitrogen in wastewater discharge?
The Shanghai Yidian 721 spectrophotometer can be used, or one from Chuanyi can also be used
If it is done in a laboratory, any model of UV-Vis spectrophotometer can be used. If it is online, I recommend using an analysis system with a chemical digestion unit, rather than one that uses an ultraviolet probe directly.

Following the national standard method \"Determination of total nitrogen in water – Alkaline potassium persulfate digestion ultraviolet spectrophotometric method\" (HJ636-2012), the absorbance is measured at wavelengths of 220 nm and 275 nm respectively; by substituting these values into the appropriate formula, the total nitrogen content can be determined. For watersheds where on-site testing is required, such as wastewater from sewage treatment plants, a total nitrogen analyzer can be used directly, which is more convenient and faster.
