After the exam on Saturday, I received several text messages on Sunday saying that if I hadn’t passed, I could pay to have my score changed. There was also a call from a robot, stating that I had failed my Professional English exam. . . .
This isn’t necessarily a leak; it’s probably similar to those promotional messages – you just need to search for people in the vicinity and send messages to them in bulk. . .
This happens every year. When I took the registration exam in 2013, I was bombarded with calls and text messages day after day, with claims about the answers and internal score adjustments, and all sorts of harassment that lasted for months on end
Something similar happens when getting a driver’s license – personal information is leaked in large quantities.
Phone calls from Fujian, text messages from Jiangxi – the area covered here is way too large
As long as there’s a base station here, and information is resold, or it’s information posted on the network, it doesn’t necessarily have to be from that location. A computer can be connected to dozens of numbers at the same time to send messages.

Is it really worth spending money to change the scores for such an exam?~
