Seeking expert advice on packing seal issues for horn valve

Several pneumatic angle seat valve cylinders in our plant’s hydrogen production equipment are leaking instrument air. Since these valves are not used very frequently, we haven’t studied this type of valve before; however, I looked up the structure of angle seat valves online yesterday. Now a question arises: if the packing seal of the corner valve is not tight, could it allow the medium gas to enter the cylinder? I was wondering if anyone has encountered this situation? Thank you.
You said that the air supply for the angle valve is connected using a quick-connect hose, right! Most of the cylinder leaks you mentioned are caused by leaks at the quick-connect ports or wear on the front section of the hose. If there is a real leak in the cylinder, it will not function properly
Are there pictures? Is it a Mesonilan valve?
