Our company wants to build a photocatalytic reactor with a capacity of 2000L. We have contacted many manufacturers of photochemical equipment, but they all specialize in laboratory instruments and are only capable of producing reactors with a capacity of up to 500L; they cannot handle larger capacities. The reactor manufacturer said they can produce reactors with a capacity of 2000 liters; we will purchase the light source separately and install it, along with the cooling tubes for the light source. . . I wonder what to do!
Since I haven’t dealt with this before, I’m not sure if it’s difficult to install the light source tube by itself:Q
I have never seen a light-source catalytic reaction reactor. The light source can be selected, and requests can be made to the reactor manufacturer to handle it.
OP, has your problem been solved? How was it solved? Are there any suitable manufacturers recommended? :)
Just purchase the reaction kettle directly; for the rest, once the installation location is determined, have the glass manufacturer customize the lamp covers and lights.
We have manufactured such equipment; we only produce the equipment itself, with the light source provided by the customer, and the connection dimensions are determined according to the customer’s requirements. The customer and the light source manufacturer determine the connection dimensions.
Hello, original poster! Is the light-source catalytic reactor you need one for ultraviolet catalysis? If it was us who did it! Similar to the format of ship-mounted searchlights! If the original poster is interested, they can get in touch with me! QQ3042129348
