During the major maintenance, to what temperature must the equipment be cooled down before it is possible to carry out the removal of the manholes?

Some of the equipment reaches very high temperatures; when feeding is stopped, the temperature is over 400 degrees. I would like to know what temperature is appropriate before removing the manhole cover
