Taking a Rosemount 3051 with a range of 0 to 6 MPa as an example, I used a handheld controller to calibrate the PV value, but this only corrected the current output: before calibration, the standard pressure was 0 MPa, PV was 0 MPa, and AO was 4 mA; Calibration pressure: 6 MPa, PV: 6.18, AO: 20.5 mA; no change at the 0 point after calibration ; Full-scale calibration point: (standard pressure source of 6 MPa) The instrument displays PV as 6.18 MPa, and the AO output is 20 mA. Thus, after calibration the output of this pressure transducer is normal, but the pressure value shown on the transducer’s gauge is still incorrect. May I ask if it is possible to adjust the PV value of the voltage transformer? How to adjust?

There is an option to reset the range, which is also set from 0 to 6 MPa

What do you want to do, change the upper range limit? Or do you apply 6 pressure, and the gauge reads 6.18? Which function of the 475 are you using?
The PV value can’t be changed, right? Only the zero point and range can be adjusted. It’s possible that the diaphragm is deformed. However, some boards have a potentiometer, and it is recommended not to touch it.
This post was last edited by ssln123 on 2016-7-23 at 11:01. How is the standard pressure determined – using a piston-type pressure gauge or a digital hand pump? If the standard table is qualified, it means that your voltage transformer is broken.
