Issues with selecting heavy oil pumps and asphalt pumps? ? ? ?

Our facility has several heavy oil pumps that use dual-seal design with white oil for lubrication and flushing of the seals. However, the lubrication lines for heavy fluids tend to get clogged, preventing effective lubrication; moreover, the mechanical seals often leak. I wonder if any of you have encountered such problems. Are there any other types of pumps that would be more suitable for handling high-temperature heavy oil fluids? A pump that is easy to use and maintain.
There is no better pump type. It is recommended to use light diesel or kerosene as the oil for the Plan32 flushing procedure.
Previously, the company used MJ series slurry pumps from Shanghai Foster for pumping coal tar at a temperature of over 250 degrees. The Plan32 flushing protocol was used, with VGO as the flushing medium.

Agree with the view from the 2nd floor; adopt the external flushing scheme of PLAN32.
