Our unit wants to convert 6 kilograms of saturated steam into 16 kilograms of superheated steam. What are some good methods for this, and what equipment is needed? Please share your suggestions.

There has never been a precedent for such conditions; in my opinion, the only solution is to add boilers, pumps, and other equipment. The source of steam can be considered as condensed water recovery, because at 16 kilograms, the steam source is condensed water.
Upgrade to high-pressure boiler; Pressure can only be reduced, not increased; the temperature of superheated steam can be increased. I’ve never seen such a conversion device.
