As the title suggests: The absolute elevation of the factory and various internal installations is determined using the Dagukou benchmark. 1. Since Dagukou is quite far away from us – about 2,000 kilometers – then how is the elevation of the factory floor determined? Where is zero? 2. How are the range coordinates of various devices in the factory determined? How is the ground elevation of each device determined? What instruments to use? How to calculate it (level, theodolite?) ) 3. When civil work begins, how is the elevation of the base of the foundations for each tower and tank inside the plant determined? For many steel structures, how is the foundation elevation of steel structures determined? 4. How to ensure that the elevation of the top of the foundation for the steel structure remains at the same level within the same facility? What guidelines should be followed, and how should it be implemented?
Is it the sea level at Dagu Kou? I’m not sure where Dagu Kou is – is it in the Bohai Bay? Is it used to determine the geographical parameters of the construction site, such as atmospheric pressure? Is Dagu Kou located at 45 degrees north latitude? Or were the experimental values from the process package obtained from Dagu Kou? Elevation can also be measured using a level; the error does not affect the process parameters. Can a total station be used to measure this as well?
2. The coordinates of each installation are determined by their relative position with respect to the coordinate origin selected on site, and these can be reflected in the layout plan.
The top elevation is determined by the foundation elevation and the height of the steel frame
The vertical coordinate uses the Yellow Sea elevation, while the horizontal coordinate uses geodetic coordinates; there is a reference base point near each city.
