Solar biogas utilizes solar collectors to actively heat the biogas generator, raising the temperature inside it to a constant level that facilitates optimal fermentation of biogas. This approach increases the biogas production rate and ensures stable output, representing a combination of two new energy sources: solar energy and biogas. By utilizing a variety of composite patent technologies for new energy sources, traditional rural biogas usage is upgraded technologically. The combination of solar energy and biogas technologies effectively addresses the six major drawbacks associated with traditional individual use of biogas, and it is suitable for various industries such as farms, new rural development, and food processing. The resulting biogas slurry and digestate are still nutritious organic fertilizers that can increase the profits for project owners. Solar constant temperature control system: There are several types of solar constant temperature control devices designed for biogas use, including those that utilize electric heat-conducting tubes for heat transfer, as well as those that use PVC pipes or other media for heat transfer. Solar collectors specifically designed for biogas can be divided into low-temperature systems and medium-to-high temperature systems. The principle involves using light to convert the absorbed solar energy into thermal energy, which is then transmitted through electric heat-conducting tubes or PVC pipes to the fiberglass biogas tanks or ponds, thereby raising the temperature of these tanks and ponds to maintain a constant temperature and ensure optimal performance throughout the year.
