The unit is currently in water circulation mode; I would like to ask what value should be displayed by the float level gauge when the tower is empty? What does it display when the tank is full of water? The designed medium density is 0.559/1.012, but why is that value being displayed? It’s quite confusing at the moment
When the tower is empty, a value below 0 should be displayed, which is the lower limit; When it is full of water, it should show less than 100%; you can calculate it.
At full water level, the density is roughly the same as that of 1 and 1.012, so it should be at full scale.
The second floor is the correct answer; it looks just like this.
How many below zero? Negative 200%?
Why do everyone worry so much about the liquid level during water intermodal transport? Even if it’s revised now, won’t it need to be revised again when production starts? Even in production, if the initial reaction is incomplete, the density becomes unstable, resulting in inaccurate measurements. Is it really necessary for the instrument technician to stay on site 24/7 just to adjust a liquid level? The liquid level in the space-time tank for water intermodal transport is of course zero. When performing full filling, it is necessary to consider the relevant parameters of the float in order to make the calculation; this is based on Archimedes’ principle. An equation is used, with the densities of water and air considered as the densities of two substances of different weights, while the other side of the equation represents the density of the material in question. Calculate it by yourself! Anyway, I don’t think it matters if the calculations are correct or not; when we were handling water transportation, the manager said that the level gauges weren’t accurate, so we should ignore that issue for now – there isn’t enough manpower to deal with unnecessary problems.
Since it is an interface meter, it should go below the range and display an error when empty, while it should show 100% when full of water.
When the tank is full, the reading is almost 100%. The density of water isn’t as high as that of heavy media. They say it’s normal for the air/liquid level to show around -200%; I don’t quite understand this. I’ve never seen the float display ultra-low or ultra-high values
For water-amine transportation and when amine liquid is first introduced, the tower requires monitoring of the liquid level as well as interlocked gate valves. Processes without a liquid level are at risk of the tower becoming full
0 should correspond to media with a value of 0.559, while the full scale corresponds to 1.102
I got it wrong then; I thought water was a heavy medium. If water were a light medium, then a container filled with water should show a liquid level of 0, while a container filled with heavy medium should show 100%. If the level exceeds 20%, an incorrect value or error will be displayed.
