Recently, we have planned to build a production line for fine chemicals, including one main factory building. The feasibility study report has already been completed, and a preliminary design plan is in place. At present, we are in the process of communicating with equipment manufacturers to select the appropriate equipment, specifying the process requirements, and identifying potential suppliers. The preliminary plan has not yet been approved. I’m not sure what other tasks can be carried out at this stage; it’s not certain that the work done now will still be useful once the plan is approved, or that there won’t be any changes that render the previous efforts pointless. I’m also a bit unsure about exactly what needs to be done. Sometimes I think it’s unnecessary to continue with these efforts, while at other times I feel it’s necessary to proceed. It’s all rather confusing. I seek guidance from experts – with the preliminary plan still pending approval, I don’t know what tasks would be the most effective and useful to carry out, and I’m worried about possible changes to the plan.
