Family and loved ones are the most important; it is advised not to go. You can try to see if there are any suitable options in the domestic market.
You need to determine whether the company you are going to work for has gone through multiple subcontracts before reaching the intermediary/headhunter who will sign the contract with you. . . You’ve earned money abroad for ten years – can you still keep up with inflation back home?
Go away for ten years at once? How can one take care of the family then?
Senior, let me share my opinion: 1. I think one’s English proficiency has nothing to do with working overseas; it’s related to the work environment. In other words, if you work for a multinational company, English proficiency isn’t an issue, as it’s used frequently in daily tasks; 2. I don’t think that having a certain rank holds any practical significance at the moment; personal progress and improvement are the key to making money. Since you want to take the next step now, it means you don’t have the intention of just accumulating experience to become a senior figure. Of course, in state-owned enterprises, it’s not enough to rely solely on experience to become a manager ; 3. In terms of the current industry landscape, development within the domestic market poses limitations; if there are international platforms available, it can greatly enhance an individual’s capabilities. There’s no need to plan for ten years at a time – contracts aren’t usually signed for such long periods. Consider how much security deposit is required. If family matters aren’t a concern, one can go abroad for three to five years, adjusting plans as circumstances change, with goals that can be modified at any time ; 4. If you don’t take action, you’ll never know what the future holds. But with family considerations, there are many things to take into account. I don’t have such concerns at the moment, but if your wife and children have no issues, I think it’s fine to return a few times a year, provided that the company in charge of the project is reliable.
If the salary can go up and there are new opportunities for promotion~~ it’s better to take the job offer~~
Four months of work followed by one month off – that’s a bit much in terms of what it means for the family. The platform and salary are what matter most; currently, things seem too comfortable
I’m not considering it in China for now, as my current income and job are quite satisfactory; there won’t be much increase in income even if I switch jobs here
The compilation is stable, with many disruptive factors abroad
It mainly depends on whether one is willing to sacrifice their family and children, because once a child’s growth is hindered, it can’t be reversed
The ability to earn money and the opportunity to improve one’s skills are what truly matter.
