If a habit of being overly lenient in safety work develops, and people always try to be polite at all costs, then everyone will act as they see fit, and safety work will not be able to proceed properly. Statistics show that safety accidents in various enterprises are mainly caused by the \"three violations.\" It is easy to see from this that the problem lies in the fact that certain managers, supervisors, and operators do not truly take safety issues seriously; they lack a proper sense of safety and good safety habits. For managers, they tend to turn a blind eye to ordinary violations and *habitual violations, failing to pay sufficient attention to these \"minor issues\"; in fact, they relax or even give up on managing them. There are also some unit leaders or those involved who, in pursuit of immediate financial gains, fail to implement strict safety measures and thorough inspections; they let things take their course or handle matters casually, thus creating potential safety hazards. As a result, employees adopt an attitude of hoping that no major accidents will occur but that minor issues will keep popping up, working carelessly without concern. If this continues, their sense of vigilance will fade, and they will become less cautious, which means that those who make mistakes do not receive the proper education or punishment. As a result, they fail to fully understand the severity of their mistakes, and other employees also fail to learn from these incidents. This can lead to a mentality where people think that if something goes wrong, higher-ups will take care of it, so there’s no need for them to worry or fear – and this undoubtedly creates potential hazards for safe production. It turns out that most accidents occur under such a mindset of luck. The occurrence of major and severe accidents has not only an element of randomness but also inevitability; their emergence is often preceded by the accumulation of minor hazards and small accidents. However, due to a \"nice-guy\" approach, what seems to be normal safety management actually harbors many safety risks. Yet we often miss the best opportunities for making corrections, and by the time an accident occurs, it’s already too late to regret it! Safety responsibilities are of utmost importance; ensuring proper safety measures in a company is a fundamental requirement for its survival and development, as well as a concrete manifestation of protecting the fundamental interests of all employees. Managers, supervisors, and operators must earnestly assume the responsibilities that they ought to and are capable of taking in terms of safety work. Especially when faced with violations of regulations, they must uphold a spirit of seeking truth and being pragmatic, fundamentally change their working styles to prevent accidents from occurring, and must not act as \"nice guys.\"
