Level gauge fixation

This post was last edited by a3650296 on 2016-4-8 at 11:45. Seeking help regarding fiberglass storage tanks and stainless steel floating level gauges. Between the liquid level gauges, the tank is equipped with a double-piece UPVC ball valve. During the safety inspection now, it was said that this level gauge is quite heavy, and the UPVC ball valve has trouble operating; it’s been like this for 4 years already. Now, there is a request to reinforce the level gauge. Fellow professionals, do you have any experience in this area? There is also a UPVC two-way ball valve; since this valve is equipped with pneumatic actuation and feedback signal devices, it certainly appears to be quite heavy as well. It was also said that reinforcement was needed, as this pipeline kept shaking. It hurts so much; are there any good suggestions or ways to improve it?
Reinforcement is necessary; a separate bracket can be used to support the level gauge
Then just reinforce it – use some scrap material to provide support; it’s not a big deal at all
