The issue of high CO content in gasoline hydrogenation

Recently, the CO content in our gasoline hydrogenation unit has been very high; basically, the CO level in every 25 ml of recycled hydrogen is above 500 ppm. The purity of the hydrogen meets the required standards, and the feed rate is normal. We’re not sure of the exact reason for this issue, so we hope experienced colleagues can help us figure it out!

It’s not possible that the hydrogen already contains carbon monoxide when it arrives; it’s best to check whether tests in the hydrogen production facility show the presence of CO
