Gaskets for flanges of alkali liquid heat exchanger equipment

There is a heat exchanger in which the alkali solution flows through the tube side; the design pressure is 2.05 MPa and the design temperature is 105°. What material should be used for the gasket on the equipment flanges?
Could you please tell me the composition and concentration of the alkaline solution? As for temperature, pure PTFE gaskets are not suitable; I personally recommend using filled or modified PTFE gaskets. ,

For metal toothed gaskets, depending on the medium involved, flexible graphite, PTFE, asbestos-free sheets, or other soft metals can be used and applied to both sides of the gasket. Toothed composite gaskets are the preferred type of gasket when a lower preload is required; their soft sealing surface prevents direct metal-to-metal contact, enabling a reliable and tight fit that protects the metal flanges from damage, even under extremely high loads. Toothed composite gaskets are particularly suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure environments with varying operating conditions, as well as at the flange connections of heat exchangers, containers, and reaction vessels. And the metal parts can be reused.
