Seeking advice on the material selection for pipelines used for both type A and type B additives. Our company has a facility capable of producing 40,000 tons per year of these additives; the water supply lines and the additive pipelines in the hydration section frequently leak. The pressure parameters for water and the reactor are 6.0 MPa, while the temperature is 160 degrees Celsius. Please advise on how to resolve this issue – should the material of the additive pipeline be upgraded?
