Why is the manufacturing standard for 66-inch pipes here ASME B36.10M, yet this standard does not specify a size of 66; only 64 and 68 are listed? Additionally, the manufacturing standard for 42-inch pipes is 36.19M, but the largest size specified in that standard is 30 inches. How can one find the outer diameter of these two types of pipes?
66X25.4mm refers to the outer diameter of the tube; it is not considered non-standard per the standards, and the wall thickness is determined through calculation. 36.19M is the standard for stainless steel pipes; if a specification is not available in 36.19M, it can be used according to 36.10M
