Problems encountered: 1. “Reward completed” – in some cases, the issue was not resolved. 2. “Ongoing bounty”: The original poster rarely responds or provides comments, so it’s not clear to what extent the issue has been resolved; as a result, the reward cannot be awarded or cancelled. 3. The issue regarding the time limit for posts should be removed. The problem wasn’t resolved, but the post was automatically closed when its deadline arrived ； Alternatively, the wealth is automatically returned upon expiration, turning it into a regular post. 4. Reward posts – I understand them to be advanced versions of “help request posts.” There is some spamming in certain forums, especially regarding the feature where points are awarded automatically for replies; meaningless replies still result in the awarding of points. 5. Regarding the level of user participation, the current completion rate is 57/(57+99) = 36.5%, and this figure includes posts used for testing as well; it indicates that the solution did not achieve the expected results. 6. Regarding whether a reward should be offered, in my opinion: generally, when people encounter problems, they are eager to resolve them and will ask their friends for help; only when nothing else works and there is no urgency will they consider offering a reward. Those who participate in the bounty campaign are usually long-time users, and it’s also likely that they are friends of the post owner. In other words, the value of offering a reward is not very great.
